: (1) If the spouse of an armed police officer has obtained a permanent residence permit before the commencement of this rule, within thirty days from the date of commencement of this rule and within thirty days of obtaining such permit after the commencement of this rule, the relevant Armed police personnel should submit the following details to the office where they work:-

• Name, surname, group, sub-group and current position,
• Date of husband or wife obtaining permanent residence permit,

• Name of the concerned foreign country.

(2) After receiving the information as per sub-rule (1), the concerned armed police office shall send the information to the head office within fifteen days from the date of receipt.
